Welcome to Pops of Paper and Day Two of the Trinity Stamps Winter Release Blog Hop!
Trinity Stamps is a new stamp company offering fresh new stamp designs, dies, embellishments and other card making fun finds like inks, embossing and tools. Make sure you take at look their goodies in the Sparkle & Sequins category...it is a card makers candy store! The Winter Release includes 7 Stamps Sets, 7 Die Sets and a flury of sequins and sparkles.
This blog hop is packed with fun & prizes. Please be sure to comment below and all along the hop to enter to win one of FIVE prize packs!!! The hop was so big that it's covering two days. I've included links to both last Friday's Hop and Today's Hop and then end of the post.
Below are a few of the cards that I designed using the Winter Botanicals Stamp & Matching Dies, Season Greetings Silhouette and the Magic Sentiment Word Dies and the wonderful Castle Scene Builder Die set.
Magical Holiday Wishes
This card uses the Castle Scene Builder Die Set and Magical Sentiment and Matching Die. The extra sparkles are from the *Magical* Lumos Glitter Confetti pack. I love how the light changes the Lumos Glitter Confetti from silver to blue! For the ink blending behind the magical castle, I used both VersaFine Clair Ink and Distress Oxide Ink...I really like how both of these two inks blended together and the vibrant colors it created. Trinity Stamps is now stocking the latest two Distress Oxide ink colors at a great price!
Holiday Bows and Boughs
This card uses the trees from the Castle Scene Builder Die Set along with Winter Botanicals Stamps and dies. The little bow is just the sweetest thing ever! All of the stamped images were inked with VersaFine Clair Inks (Green Oasis, Glamorous and Nocturne) which you can grab in the store! The sentiment is from Season Greeting Silhouette. You must check out the other Design Team Blog Hop posts---they have AMAZING examples of how to use this set with beautiful blended and watercolor backgrounds!
Little Red Trees on the Hilltop
This card uses the Trees & Hill dies from the Castle Scene Builder set. I die cut the trees in red glitter paper and the hills were created by adjusting the hill die at different points on white card stock to give the hills some added movement and there's that amazing sentiment again from Season Greetings Silhouette set--I was really impressed with how well it worked with embossing powder and heat setting! See those embellishments in the photo background? Those beauties are from the Tree Trimmings Speciality Shaker Embellishment Mix...I love the glitter on these sequins *swoon*.
Here's a little close-up of all the little elements. The Castle Scene Builder is such a versatile set and can be used all year round.
Bonus: Wizard Birthday from the Pops of Paper Kiddo
The Magical Wizards Stamp set was a big hit with the kiddo this release. Here are her words about the cards she made (a card making blogger in the making).
"Hi everyone! I made 2 Harry Potter cards using stamps from trinity stamps. I made these cards for my two friends for their birthday because it was a Harry Potter birthday. I like Trinity Stamps because they have a lot of embellishments and I like Harry Potter."
So there you have it Friends, some fun ideas using a few of the new release products from Trinity Stamps. Be sure to head over to all the Trinity Stamp Designer's Blog Posts for more inspiration showcasing more stamp sets from the release.
